Additional Lengths are seeking an Account Manager who will work with a portfolio of Remi Cachet (trade arm of Additional Lengths) clients to ensure they are set-up for long-term success through a clearly defined customer journey. The role will provide a crucial service in the client experience of the brand, as the Account Manager will be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with their assigned client base, serving as the link between Remi Cachet products and services and the specific client accounts, they have been assigned to manage, carefully assessing client needs and looking for ways to meet these objectives.

The Account Manager will not only develop long-term relationships with clients but will connect with key business executives and stakeholders, internally and externally by liaising between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.

The role will develop with appropriate support, training, and mentorship so that Account Managers take charge and become responsible for conducting market research and analysis to find new opportunities, plus gather and analyse data to assess procedures and optimise operations and customer conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between Remi Cachet and its clients ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.

  • Develop account plans, manage client relationships, and deliver proposals when required.

  • Prepare and present business and account updates to the company’s management team and clients via periodic client account reviews.

  • Monitor client spend and spot opportunities for account growth / identify spend shrinkage and take appropriate action with the client, in line with business guidelines and policies.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics and report into management regularly identifying risk alongside highlighting opportunities and wins.

  • Undertake relevant client follow-up to ensure they are satisfied with the company's products or services.

  • Communicate to clients clearly and address any relevant concerns and resolve any conflicts that arise.

  • Contribute information to business strategies by assessing current product results, monitoring competitive products, assessing needs to be filled, and analysing customer reactions.

  • Input into behavioural client strategies to ensure that automated omnichannel communication is being provided at all points across the customer success journey to a large and varied client database.

  • Undertake client onsite visits when required to strengthen the brand presence and grow business opportunities.

  • Work closely with the New Accounts Team to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new clients enabling efficient identification of potential key accounts which require support and focus to ensure quick and monetary advantageous conversion for the business.

  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organisations.

 Your Current Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, or other relevant experience.

  • High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.

  • Strong communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise clients clearly.

  • Excellent listening skills to understand exactly what clients require.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation including executive and board level.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time while paying strict attention to detail with the ability to prioritise among competing tasks and priorities.

  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines, whilst always looking for ways to improve inefficient processes.

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result driven environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to allow efficient working with internal teams and external clients.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • In depth product knowledge, supported by training as required.

  • Experience of Microsoft and G-suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRM software would be advantageous.

  • Typical Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm 5 days a week although flexibility is required for offsite client visits and trade events, both UK and International.

This role is primarily office based five days per week, with some requirements to travel when required by the business and / or client. The Remi Cachet Team operate out of modern newly refurbished offices based on Teesside Industrial Estate.
